Easy Chocolate Fudge
This super easy and quick recipe will satisfy your chocolate craving in a jiffy! This chocolate fudge is rich and has just the right consistency. I can’t believe how easy it is to make and there is minimal prep time. When you are having a craving, who wants a complicated recipe?
This recipe is also great around the holidays. I like to cut the fudge into smaller pieces placed into a mini baking cups and serve them in a decorative tin. I also like to have a chocolate bar with different kinds of fudge and candy. Bring on the chocolate!

minutesIngredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz) can Eagle’s sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Using an 8 inch square pan, line the sides and bottom with aluminum foil
- Over low heat in a medium sized saucepan, add chocolate chips, condensed milk and salt. While chips are melting, stir frequently until chips are melted and the mixture is smooth
- Remove saucepan from heat and add vanilla extract and walnuts (if desired). Stir until well combined
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread mixture evenly using a spatula or a knife
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate until fudge is firm (about 90 minutes to 2 hours)
- Lift fudge from pan by holding the foil. Remove the foil from the bottom and sides of the fudge and place on a cutting board
- Cut fudge into desired size pieces (I prefer bite sized) and enjoy!
- Fudge can be stored at room temperature, but keep it covered
Notes
- I prefer the simplicity of the rich fudge by itself so I don’t add walnuts. It’s definitely a personal preference though
- If serving at a party or at the office, I make half with walnuts and half without
