Easy Margaritas

These super easy margaritas are a crowd pleaser and require only 4 ingredients. I first had this recipe at a July 4th pool party fifteen years ago and this has been my go-to recipe since! I have more than sampled my share of margaritas and this recipe has remained my favorite. A bottle of Corona is the secret ingredient that no one will guess (you can’t taste it!). FYI. I always double this recipe as 1 pitcher never seems to last long. Trust me, these margaritas go down way too easily!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) can Minute Maid Limeade, thawed

  • 12 oz tequila

  • 12 oz Sprite

  • 1 (12 oz) Corona

Directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a pitcher and stir!
  • Serve over ice
  • Salt the rim and garnish with lime slices (if desired)

Notes

  • You can use the tequila of your choice. I typically use the gold Jose Cuervo
  • Pro tip:use the Limeade can to measure the tequila and Sprite
  • To make a “skinny” version, substitute Club Soda, plain seltzer or Pellegrino for the Sprite
  • If serving at a pool party, serve in a red solo cup or a plastic version of a margarita glass. Glass and pools don’t mix well!
